The thesis
A house, not a platform. A charter, not a funnel.
The people doing the most serious work in the world are mostly exhausted by the spaces built to hold them. Conferences commodify attention. Wellness properties mass-produce transformation. Galactic Lighthouse was designed for a different order of encounter. Not another branded retreat. Not another luxury membership to collect. A private sanctuary where the membership itself is the first filter, the properties are the second, and the charter is the third — so that by the time anyone sits across from you in the house, the conversation can begin already a few pages in.

Member Use Rights
Members host. They don’t rent.
Lighthouse and Guardian members can host aligned retreats, councils, residencies, and gatherings at the properties. This is covenant-based, not transactional. The house will ask for charter alignment rather than paperwork.
Retreat approval is handled by stewards. The process is private, human, and unhurried.
